Coates Homes purchased this old orchard site with outline planning permission from the owners who lived next door, We took the outline planning permission through to full planning approval and began in March 2022 with the completion of all 3 units delivered in October 2022. All 3, 3-Bed plots were purchased by a Housing Association and were re-sold using their own Shared ownership scheme, providing affordable housing to 3 new households.
