This site had been used as a scrap and motor salvage yard for the past 20 years and when the owner had taken to the decision to retire we entered into an agreement to purchase the site, Despite not having any planning permission, Contaminated ground conditions, and overhead electric cables, we overcame these minor issues to provide 4 beautifully finished 3-bedroom houses. The homeowners were able to take advantage of the Governments’ help-to-buy scheme across all 4 plots helping these first-time buyers get onto the property ladder.
